Perhaps the most unique feature of this property is its location. It is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-saq. The exposure of this property to the water , in December/early January, actually allows one to enjoy sunrise and sunset over the water. This extraordinary home features individually controlled stereo in virtually every room in the home, including the lanai, master bath and bedroom and mirrored exercise room. The waterfront family room is unique in that it has two sets of triple sliders which meet at a corner. When opened they virtually disappear into the walls, leaving no support post in the corner, providing you with the feeling that your living areas are actually outdoors.
